(You can only use the effect of "Mermail Abyssturge" once per turn.)

Rulings

● If "Dimensional Fissure" is applying, this card's ① cannot be activated.
● If you discard "Mermail Abyssgunde", and return that same Abyssgunde to the hand, Abyssgunde's effect will not activate.
