Rulings

● If this card summons a monster with a "When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can" effect,
that monster will miss its timing, and cannot activate that effect.
Commonly used cards with this text include "Armageddon Knight", "Green Gadget", and "Infernity Archfiend".

● If this card is Normal Summoned while "Level Limit - Area B" is applying, it can still Summon a monster, and that monster can't miss its timing.
