① If your LP is 2000 or lower: Skip your opponent's next Battle Phase.

Rulings

● Your opponent must enter their Battle Phase for this effect to apply. When it does, their Battle Phase becomes skipped.
● If you activate 2 "Frozen Soul" in the same chain, only 1 battle Phase is Skipped.
Also, you can't activate this card if "Frozen Soul" is already applying.
