① Target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the End Phase, that target loses 800 ATK,
also, until the End Phase, it is unaffected by the effects of other Spells/Traps.

Rulings

● Any Lingering Effects already applied to that target (EG "Shrink") are not removed from it.
If this card applies to a monster already affected by Shrink, its ATK is half its original, minus 800.
● If that target has less than 800 ATK, its ATK becomes 0, and it's still unaffected by S/Ts.
