Rulings

● When you activate this effect, you must declare which effect you are using.
● You can't choose the destroy effect if you control no other "HERO" monsters.
● If you choose the destroy effect, “Starlight Road” and the effect of “Stardust Dragon” cannot be chained.
● If you choose the destroy effect, you must destroy at least 1 card.
