Rulings

● You might be able to target a Limited card with this
(please ask your head judge before the event.
In RBET tournaments, you currently cannot target a Limited card with this).
● You can't target a Token.
● You can target a Spell/Trap that's in your Monster Zone.
● If you target "Proto-Cyber Dragon", you will send a "Cyber Dragon" from your Deck to the GY.
You can't target "Proto-Cyber Dragon" unless there is a "Cyber Draon" in your Deck.
