Rulings

● When you activate this effect, you must declare which effect you are using.
● You can't choose the destroy effect if you control no other "HERO" monsters.

If you choose the destroy effect:
● Starlight Road can't be chained.
● Stardust Dragon's effect can be chained.
● You must destroy at least 1 card.
